Heya folks firstly I’d like to wish everyone a very merry Christmas but also just a note to people coming to an appointment with me please make sure you come just yourself and if need be 1 support person please do not turn up with a whole entourage of people/pets/children it is a small private studio and a place of concentration and as I’ve said in the past it’s hard to concentrate when you have a 3 ring circus going on around you
