Fit Club Sessions: Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm for invigorating workouts.

Wellness Evaluation & Goal-Setting Session: Tailor your fitness journey with a wellness evaluation and goal-setting session.
Know Your Numbers Workshop: Every first Thursday of the month, join us for an informative workshop after our workout.
Group Walk or Run: Choose your preferred activity to stay active and engaged with like-minded participants.
The challenge with Weekly Spot Prizes: Compete in our challenges on Strava and win exciting spot prizes based on your kilometres and elevation achievements.
End of Challenge Celebratory and Awards Potluck Dinner: Celebrate your accomplishments and enjoy a delightful dinner with our coaches and fellow participants.
