Over this weekend of Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th June, our incredible teacher trainees are diving deep into this style for an intensive training weekend with the wonderful Sam.
To celebrate, Sam is stepping up to lead two public classes designed to challenge, inspire, and elevate your practice. Here is the epic weekend lineup:
🧱 Saturday 6th June at 9:15 AM: Stand Strong (PV 75 mins)
Join Sam for a dynamic Vinyasa class exploring single-leg strength, balance, and stability through creative, intelligently layered sequencing. This strong flowing practice will challenge coordination, focus, and control as we build progressively toward standing balances and unilateral postures. Expect a mix of grounding strength work, dynamic transitions, and opportunities to explore both effort and ease. Come ready to move, wobble, focus, and stand strong! 🦵💥
📐 Sunday 7th June at 8:30 AM: The Architecture of Flow (PV 60 mins)
An exploratory Vinyasa class focused on shoulder strength, scapular awareness, and upper body support. Rather than relying on repetitive Sun Salutes and automatic transitions, this practice investigates how we move weight through the hands, organize the shoulders under load, and create fluidity through intention rather than formula. Expect strong upper body work, dynamic movement pathways, pushing mechanics, and opportunities to build both mobility and resilience. 🗺️💪
