A few weeks ago our team had the privilege of attending a Rongoā Wānanga with Whaea Donna Kerridge at Tangiteroria Marae. What a humbling experience it was. We came away with our hearts full and our kete overflowing with mātauranga.

Last night we had the chance to put some of that learning into practice, making a Hā herbal gargle formula, kawakawa throat spray, and kūmarahou cough syrup using the recipes Whaea so generously shared with us.

Ka nui te mihi ki a koe, e Whaea Donna, mō tō manaaki, tō mātauranga, me tō aroha i tukuna mai ki a mātou.

If your tinana is feeling a little mamae and you are looking for mirimiri, we'd love to support you. Send us an email at [email protected] to make an appointment.
