🫶 Exercise of the month,
not just beneficial for the Glutes, Hamstrings and stability training….but also a good way to check/train ones ‘nervous system’
🚨🧠🫨2 1/2yrs ago i couldn’t do this after my accident, let alone balance on 1leg for 10secs…..thats bad for anyone let alone a surfer, my brain wasnt happy and because of that my nervous system was shot and needed some serious training and tlc
🧘♀️ Our Nervous Systems should be prioritised more 🫨😵💫🤯…this
doesn’t mean sitting in a corner doing breathe work and ‘woo-woo
stuff’ as many may think, there is so much more and less we can do to help our systems.
