This nature's superfood is one of the most precious spices in the world. Cacao Energy Balls
15 ceres pitted-dates soaked in warm water
3/4 cup ceres raw Cashews
1/2 organic Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup organic desiccated Coconut
1/2 tsp organic Cinnamon
pinch of cayenne for taste
2 tsp ceres Maca root powder
2 Tbsp organic Cocoa
2 Tbsp organic raw Cacao
pinch sea salt
1 1/2 Tbsp organic coconut oil (I used Kara)

Soak dates for 5-10mins.
Process cashews, pumpkin seeds, and desiccated coconut with cinnamon, cayenne, maca, cocoa, cacao and salt in a food processor or blender until cashews and pumpkin seeds are small pieces. Remove from processor into a bowl.
Now process dates until a almost smooth consistency, add coconut oil and process again. Add in cacao/cashew mix and process until fully combined. (refrigerate for 10mins if too oily)
Form into small round balls and roll, until covered, in cocoa.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 30mins before serving. Will keep a week in fridge.
Makes 18 balls

*cayenne optional
