Sleep isn’t a luxury... it’s a foundation 💤 As women, our bodies are deeply sensitive and cyclical, and sleep is where the real healing happens.

Hormones regulate
Nervous system resets
Energy, mood and skin restore

When we’re undersleep, we often stay stuck in fight or flight mode, feeling wired, overwhelmed, and disconnected from ourselves.

Most women need 8 to 9 hours of sleep, not the 6 to 7 we’ve been told is “normal.

Ask yourself honestly, are you getting enough sleep?

If you know sleep is an area you need to prioritise, start with small steps:

Wind down earlier (even 10 minutes helps)
Dim lights in the evening
Swap scrolling and screens for something calming like reading
Go to bed 30 minutes earlier
Try a warm herbal tea before bed

At our retreats, sleep and intentional rest are a core pillar. Because true wellness begins when your body feels safe enough to rest 💛
