Here at Interwaste we believe in making a difference to the lives of those in the communities that support us. In 2024, we are proud to sponsor two Health Sciences at Otago University final year medical students in 6-week elective placements in General Practice.

Turanga Health, a rural and Māori Primary Health Care provider in Gisborne, has kindly agreed to host the elective placements this year and we are optimistic about expanding this student opportunity to other regions in the year ahead.
