This is the message I get more than any other. And nine times out of ten? The size is completely fine.

The problem is the ORDER.

Here’s what almost everyone does: opens the box, grabs it around the middle, aims for the tightest row, and starts wrestling. Two minutes later they’ve decided they need a bigger size β€” or worse, that something’s wrong with their body πŸ™ƒ

Neither is true. There’s a method. Nobody just sells you the method.

✨ The 4 steps:

1️⃣ START ON THE LOOSEST ROW
The inner rows are for weeks later. Not day one. A brand-new faja is supposed to close on the outermost row.

2️⃣ WORK BOTTOM TO TOP
Starting in the middle means fighting the entire garment at once. Bottom up, one at a time.

3️⃣ STEP INTO IT β€” don’t pull it down
Over the hips is so much easier than over the bust for most styles. This is the step nobody mentions and it changes everything.
