Why are our facilitators not called teachers?

Because of what we do, and what we want to give to you, our community.

At Ruby Retreat, we recognise that true healing and relaxation is multifaceted, often involving physical, mental, emotional and spiritual (however you may practice this) health. Our objective is to provide you with ways to address each of these pillars. We facilitate this process, that is why we are, facilitators 🩷

Pictured here is the beautiful Rati, who is the practitioner behind Rasa Ayurveda and Yoga, and her classes are held in our studio. She facilitates a holistic yoga, and integrates yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and somatic learning into her classes. 🧘‍♀️

You can join Rati at Ruby Retreat on:
- Mondays 17:15-18:15
- Thursdays from 17:30-18:30

The classes are adaptable, supported and always interesting. (Much better than online yoga!). All yoga props provided, or bring your own. $15 per class.

Holistic Strength and Flow Yoga
Mondays 5.15 - 6.15pm
Wednesdays 9.15 -10.15am

Slow and Restore Yoga
Thursdays 5.30 - 6.30pm
