Eketāhuna Health Centre has been organising well-being groups for many years. As a result, an awesome group of ladies now provide each other with connection and support in their daily lives. Yesterday at our monthly ladies brunch, we were joined by Trisha and Bridgette from Tararua Community Services. There are some incredible community programmes that TCS create for the wider Tararua community as well as deliver social services to families and schools. Companion Calling is an excellent initiative for those who are less mobile to join our well-being groups. We have leaflets at the health centre regarding this service. If you know someone who would benefit, please pop in for a leaflet or contact TCS direct. New comers are always welcome at chair Yoga Mondays 9.45am or at next months lunch Monday 18 May from 11am
