DM me to chat about how Back Pain Systems RESET Coaching can support your recovery and help you feel confident in your body again.

Did you know that having back pain can change the way you move — even after the pain has settled?

When we experience pain, the body adapts by avoiding certain movements or muscles. In the short term, this is protective and helpful. But over time, these compensations can create poor movement patterns that keep the problem coming back.

The Back Pain Systems RESET teaches you how to re-recruit the right muscles to restore good movement. Instead of focusing on the end result of a movement, we focus on how the movement is created — understanding that muscles move the body, not the other way around.

By learning to consciously engage the correct muscles, you can feel where movement is coming from, recognise inefficient or compensatory patterns, and correct them — even in areas that aren’t painful yet. These hidden movement faults often go unnoticed until pain returns.

The RESET helps you reconnect with your body, understand what good movement feels like, and rebuild confidence in how you move — so your back isn’t just pain-free, but resilient.
