Meet Rochelle
Born and raised in Matamata, I have proudly called this town home my entire life. For the past nine years, I have owned and operated Health 2000 Matamata, and I feel incredibly lucky to wake up every day and do a job I genuinely love!

For those who don’t know me, I started my career in pharmacy where i worked for 10 years, and as my interest in natural products grew i started my next career move where I qualified as Health Coach in nutrition, psychology and wellness.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, especially in my garden, where I enjoy growing my own vegetables, produce and flowers.
I love my family and most of all watching my boys grow into amazing men!

One of my strengths is listening to you. I take the time to ask questions, understand your individual health concerns and work with you to find products that best suit your needs. Most importantly, I genuinely care about every customer who walks through the door and I am committed to doing my very best to support you on your health journey.

Habits!!
Habits are things we do every day, usually without thinking about them. Habits can be utilized to shape the life you want, and if you're currently sitting in the place of "how did I get here," I'd recommend starting by tracking your days.
See how you use your hours, free of judgment against yourself or thinking you need to hide any parts of your life from yourself—it's all just research.
Log the data for 4 days:
- Sleep
- Fluid intake (and what)
- Food (yes, all food—even that whole packet of Tim Tams or that bite of your children's yummy toasted sandwich)
- Medication and supplements
- TV shows watched
- Books read - Anything and everything!
Once you have compiled all the data, make a coffee and spend time reflecting to visually see the answer to "how did I get here" be answered. It is here the true change can start because nothing is hidden or unknown to you.Then you start small: choose one thing, one area you'd like to introduce the amendment of that habit, and set it in motion.
