No changes made to the recipe although I sprinkled a few tasty seeds on top.

IT’S BEEN A WHILE!!

I’ve been here and there but now am back here.

Today I made something new. I’ve never made BAGELS before. They were super easy and are super delicious.
To make 6 bagels it cost about $1.50. A huge saving and one that will keep money in my pocket instead of ABE’s.

How amazing do they look.

A perfect example of layered cooking in the Varoma.
✔️ Prawns in the top
✔️ Kale and Zuchinni in the middle
✔️ Arrabiata in the bowl.

What an easy little Cookidoo recipe and steamed in the Varoma to boot. I couldn’t find my silicon cupcake moulds so instead used silicon egg poaching moulds. Same same 🙌

They were soft little morsels.

We’ve cracked the perfect pizza in the . Par- cooking the base for literally 20s crisps up the base to make it tender and delicious. Then add your toppings and further cook until done.
My left over pizza sauce frozen in a silicon muffin tray and then bagged in the freezer.

We lived in Malaysia back in 1989. Kuala Lumpur at that time. We used to pass my baby girl over the fence to the neighbour so she could share the baby love. Everyone loves a baby!!
I spent many an afternoon being taught by Atashah how to crimp curry puffs. Isn't it funny how memories come back to you - for me as I sat at the bench last night crimping Empanandas. I can hear her voice, see her face, but sadly have lost contact with her. Even Facebook hasn't worked for me on this occasion. I wish I knew how to find her.

We now have 14 of these babies to eat - I'm thinking breakfast, lunch and dinner will just about get the job done ✅
