In the first three months alone the cerebellum will be 110 percent bigger than it was at birth. 🤯 The cerebellum controls all movement!

All stressors no matter good or bad create imbalance within our kids and cause the stress side of our nervous system be get stuck on! 🧠

Often this time of year the biggest stress kids are exposed to is their PARENTS!! With the end of the work year, end of the school year and with Christmas 🎄 coming up fast often parents are STRESSED OUT 😰

If you’re noticing your kids health/ behaviour changing this is a big sign they are feeling stress as well!!

Make sure you’re still taking the time to slow down, connect and love on your kids this time of year!
