We offer over 20 yoga classes per week taught by 8 experienced teachers with a range of styles and backgrounds and so much to share. Facilities include 13 parks behind the building, changing rooms, washroom, shower, mats and all equipment.

There’s something about being on the mat early in the morning, that changes the whole shape of my day. I show up groggy, half-awake, a little annoyed I’m awake and as soon as I start to move I fell something shift.

And I leave feeling so good about how I showed up. I’m ready to brace the day.

There this pride that I got up and did something before others even woke.

We’ve just added to our 6am classes.

Different styles each morning, but that feeling — that’s the constant.
To feel good.
