starts its month of 'pay what you can' 9D breathwork sessions on Tues/Fri/Sun
Wednesday is the gorgeous with tarot and cacao.
Thursday Clare is running the Men's Grounding and Presence Group.
Plus our Practitioners offering Acupuncture, Reiki and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

We come together each month to have some space for ourselves. To be head by someone else for a change. To provide our system with the support it needs to do the jobs we do for others.
This month we nested, soared and made friends with the fire horse. Discussed long term self care and support, wellbeing and personal plans. We celebrated each other's changing seasons and allowed for uncertainty.
It is a safe place to be us.
