✨️ An update to our wax removal fee ✨️

We’ve kept our wax removal fee at $50 for quite a while, but with the cost of providing the service continuing to rise, we’ll be making a change from the 1st of November 2026.

✨️ The standard fee will be $65 ✨️

We’ll continue to offer the $50 rate for our hearing aid wearers and anyone with a SuperGold Card or Community Services Card.

If you’re unsure which fee applies to you, just ask when you book. We’re always happy to help!

Top tips for avoiding earache when flying with a toddler ✈️👂

I recently flew to Christchurch with my 3-year-old, and she became quite upset during the descent because of ear pain. It made me wish I'd been more prepared! If you have a trip coming up, I hope these tips help make flying a little more comfortable for your little one and save them from the same discomfort 👂🫶

We also say goodbye to Tash, our amazing Practice Manager ✨️

Tash has been the quiet engine behind the scenes - keeping everything running smoothly and making sure we never dropped the ball. We’re so incredibly grateful for everything she's brought to the team. She's kept us organised, supported us all, and made the place work in a way that’s not always visible but deeply felt 💗

Wishing Tash and Dion all the very best as you head home to the UK - so special to have more time together with family!
