Motivation is temporary.

Some days you’ll feel fired up and unstoppable… other days you won’t want to show up at all. That’s normal.

The people who get results aren’t the ones who stay motivated 24/7.They’re the ones who keep going when motivation disappears.

Nothing worth having comes from the easy route.Not strength.Not confidence.Not growth.Not success.

The hard days are the days that shape you the most.

Show up anyway.Do the work anyway.Trust the process anyway. 👊

Honestly? This is one of the most common conversations I have in this industry.

Life is never going to move in a perfect straight line. There will be seasons of:

* sickness
* injury
* grief
* stress
* heartbreak
* overwhelm
* shifting priorities

And during those times, routines can slip. Training might look different. Nutrition might not be perfect. Motivation may disappear completely.

That does not mean you’ve failed.
It means you’re human.

Progress isn’t built by never struggling — it’s built by learning to return to yourself over and over again.

Trust yourself enough to know that setbacks are a normal part of the process, not the end of it.

You do not need to “start over.”
You just need to start again ❤️

Real transformation starts long before the physical changes show up. It starts with the way you speak to yourself, the standards you set, and the belief that you are capable of more.

Once you stop doubting yourself and start backing yourself, everything changes.
You show up differently.
You train differently.
You carry yourself differently.

I’ll be back on the island for a couple of weeks in April and will be running a small block of mat Pilates classes at The Den in Waitangi.

These sessions are based on classical Pilates with a strong rehabilitation focus—designed to improve strength, control, alignment and overall body awareness.

Classes are suitable for all levels, whether you’re completely new, experienced, or working around injuries/limitations.

🗓 Timetable:
• Monday 13th April – 9:00am
• Tuesday 14th April – 5:00pm
• Thursday 16th April – 5:00pm

💰 $15 per class
💫 3 classes for $40
🤍 Koha available if needed
