Absolutely blown away by this incredibly thoughtful review from Sasha & Charlie ๐ค
Niki is an amazing celebrant and we would recommend her to anyone. We video called Niki when we first met as we were living overseas. Instantly we warmed to her and knew straight away we would go with her. Searching through images we first went with her because of her photos depicting her smiling, laughing and her warmth. We later met in person and had so much fun planning with her. Niki brought so much joy to our planning.
She also always went above and beyond. Not limited to talking to the gardeners at our ceremony location. Because of Niki the gardeners found out about our wedding and left the flowers that were meant to be taken out prior to the wedding.
My partner and I both have big families. Niki was not intimidated to direct people and manage a lot of people. She was not afraid at all to ask people to do things for our betterment. You could really feel Niki wanting to prioritize us and our day.
If my partner and I were overwhelmed, because it was a big day, Niki was right there reassuringly. We even had someone walk through our ceremony and lie down in the back of our photos! Niki ran with it and joked alongside us, cause my partner and I were always going to laugh at any craziness. There would be nothing that Niki would let interfere with the ceremony running smoothly, and would just work with it.
Niki took the time to listen to what was important to us, and then added suggestions and worked with it. Examples included we wanted all of our nieces and nephews to be able to walk down the aisle (20 children), we had a bridal party of 7 a side, we had an exit of the children spraying bubble guns at us.
Niki added suggestions like introducing our bridal party with a catchphrase to surprise them, and us switching sides so our party could see our reactions.
When we first met Niki in person, my partner and I had been planning the reception and wanted there to be lots of games and fun. As Niki was so much heart and soul in our ceremony we wanted to offer for her to come to the reception, and she accepted.
Although we had my brother as our MC, I could see how Niki would be an amazing MC too. The entire night as she was a guest at the reception she was making sure everything ran perfectly, looking at all the little details, improving photos, taking photos for us and getting amongst all the games with our guests. I could see how her attention to detail and wanting to make it such an amazing night for us would also make her an incredible MC.
I can not recommend Niki any higher. She is an incredible person and really puts her heart and passion into celebrancy. I do believe she would adapt to whatever situation is required and bounces off the couple.
We are a same s*x female couple. I only add this for if you are a LGBTQ couple, know that Niki would be an amazing celebrant for any couple, any diversity. She is just a wonderful person.
