The last few months have felt incredibly emotional.
I walked out of a job I thought was my dream job. I had to say goodbye to my fur baby Luna, I hit a lady with my car who literally walked straight out in front of me. Everyday I wake up and try to stay grateful and positive for all the wonderful things that I feel privileged to have in comparison to some parts of the world. That I get to make choices and that I have freedom, family and love surrounding me. This year already has been a year of growth and expansion and learning once again to trust the process. A lot of the coping skills I’ve learned through my yoga practice. 🙏 blessed be beautiful humans. We can do hard things. Helen x

Jumping on the 2016 buzzzz! 10 years ago deep on the yoga path teaching yoga 10 classes per week, running woman’s retreats with the most amazing human . Parenting 2 younger children. Went to Brisbane for a trip with my sissy and one of the highlights wanderlust festival in Taupo!

The sky is the limit!! I had an awakening moment yesterday it literally felt like a light bulb moment the moment I needed to realise the truth of what really is. And I realised the sky is the limit. That fear will always hold you back, but truth is enlightening. Nothing is out of reach, and reach for the stars I say!! ✨✨✨✨✨

Hey peps sooooo here’s some fun photos for ya!
The joys of being a Skin Therapist is you have to try and know all the treatments you offer…… and of course it goes without saying I want to maintain excellent skin. This week I had a Profractional Ablative Laser treatment. With our machine
Photo 1 immediately after the treatment face was still topically numb but bloody hot.
Photo2 is day one still warm and swollen sensitive as anything stingy as anything but gentle cleanse basic hydrate and sunscreen is a must.
Then of course I forgot to take more photos while my skin started to shead off like a snake. But day 5 is today( no filter at all) the last few photos and after LED red light therapy each night and hydrating products we made it!
I can hands down say this is one if the most effective treatments I’ve had. Lots of admin but amazing results!
