On Sunday, I visited the Napier Spiritual Church and sat on Judy and Ian Davis-Goff's Memorial Chair.

Judy and Ian were founders of the church, and it was in Judy's meditative and development circles where I first developed my spiritual gifts. Judy and her daughter gave me many healings and readings over the years. Sometimes if I was in a dilemma, I'd ring Judy "for just one question."

They were both very kind-hearted people who've taught me a lot. Judy ran the circle with a no-nonsense approach, but always with a lot of fun and humour. The second picture is of Judy holding Bailey on one of my many visits.

Last Friday I was blessed to celebrate early around a Bon Fire with neighbours. Totally recommend roasting giant marshmallows for kids & adults.

My client had a sore lower back and I took a picture using a ‘Infrared Camera’ before, (on left) and after the Reiki Session, (on right). Great to see scientific proof of the energy flow thats created through Reiki. 💚
