An evening to slow down, soften, and reconnect through gentle movement, guided meditation, and creative expression.

We’ll begin with a grounding yin yoga practice and a guided meditation to help you release and let go, followed by a relaxed watercolour session to express yourself — designed for all levels, no experience needed.

Our Autumn Equinox Circle was so deeply enjoyed, by you and by us, that we’ve decided to make these autumn circles a monthly gathering, held every fourth Sunday of the month ✨

So, whether you joined us last time or are just discovering this now, our next autumn circle will be held on Sunday, May 24

While the equinox has passed, we’ll continue to move with the energy of autumn through the softness of yin yoga, watercolour, breathwork, and guided meditation. Together, we’ll gently explore the art of letting go, just as the trees release their leaves 🍂 , and invite our energy back to what feels essential.

Nino and Stephie invite you to join a nurturing 🍂Autumn Equinox Circle🍂 a loving and supportive space where emotions can gently surface, move, and be released.

Autumn invites us to pause, reflect, and let go of what feels ready to be released. This circle brings together slow movement, psychology, spirituality, and creative exploration as a way to practise letting go and trusting the process, supporting emotional release and restoring inner harmony.

During the circle we will explore:
✨ Yin Yoga to release tension and calm the nervous system
✨ Mindful breathing & soulful reflection to unlock and release stored emotions, relax the body, and connect with your inner wisdom
✨ Intuitive watercolour to express through painting, letting go of control and trusting the process
✨ Guided meditation to support emotional release, soften the heart, and reconnect with your soul.

No yoga or painting experience is needed — just a willingness to open your heart.

Postures like these help us to keep the chest flexible, and stay available to give and receive love ❤️

This space is linked to the lung meridian, connected with sadness and grief. It's not always easy to open the chest, so we practice being kind with ourselves. In this space we breathe, feel, and gently soften what we carry.
