You carry a lot. This Mother's Day, we're creating space for you to set it down for a while.

You, First. is an intimate women's circle centered on nervous system regulation.

We'll open with an exploration of how your nervous system works and why it gets overwhelmed, giving you practical tools to carry into everyday life. From there, we'll move into a gentle yoga practice designed to support regulation, followed by a deeply restorative yoga nidra. We close with a cacao ceremony to set intention for your wellbeing.

Change happened suddenly over the last couple of weeks. It is with sadness that I said goodbye to my practice members and my team in Mt Wellington to start a new adventure.
From next week I'll be privileged to service the Napier community with the team at First to finish my internship. Looking forward to it!

At the Chiropractic Centre, we take your health seriously.
Your first visit includes a comprehensive health history, postural assessment, spinal scans, hands-on examination, and neurological and orthopaedic screening tests. X-rays may be taken if clinically indicated. This thorough process gives us a clear and holistic understanding of your body, its history, and the areas where you're experiencing challenges.
Based on these findings, we create a tailored chiropractic care plan. During your second visit, we review the results with you, explain what chiropractic care involves, and discuss how it may help in your specific situation. If you're happy to proceed, we’ll begin care, helping restore clear communication between your brain and body.
