Looking for a delicious weekend baking idea? 🍫✨ These fudgy Cottage Cheese & Avocado Brownies are rich, chocolatey, naturally gluten-free, and made with wholesome ingredients. They’re packed with protein, healthy fats, and the goodness of real cacao.

Instead of regular cocoa powder, use your favourite Wildwood Cacao blend for a richer flavour🤎

Ingredients
🥑 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
🥑 1 ripe avocado, mashed
🍫 ½ cup of your favourite Wildwood Cacao blend + a pinch of Dark Cacao powder
🍯 ½ cup honey or maple syrup
🥚 2 large eggs
🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional )
🥄 ½ tsp baking powder
🧂 Pinch of salt
🍫 ½ cup dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a square baking tin.
2. Blend the cottage cheese and avocado until completely smooth.
3. Add the Wildwood Cacao, honey or maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Mix until you have a rich, silky batter.
4. Fold through the chocolate chips if using.
5. Pour into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are set and a skewer comes out with a few moist crumbs.
7. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing. # #

🤎 Tips
• Full-fat cottage cheese gives the creamiest, richest texture.
• Vanilla extract brings out the chocolate flavour beautifully.
• Swirl in 1–2 tablespoons of almond butter before baking for an extra indulgent twist.
• These brownies are even more delicious straight from the fridge the next day.
