Day 2 pic of me and my wonderful ‘assistant’ and roomie Robyn Schultz who managed to stick my retreat flyers just about everywhere imaginable including the soap dispensers in the loos! Another fab day thanks to Yoga Festival - started with the Ashtanga Primary Series which I loved, into an invigorating moon flow and then a deep shamanic joirney with Heather Leighton. Still a deep Yin practice to come to bring it all together…such a great festival, highly recommend💕….and if you do want to come to Tonga for yoga and swimming with whales, let me know! 🤣

…and relax! Day one of the Hawkes Bay Yoga Festival done and dusted and I so loved sharing an extended Hatha and Breathwork Practice - taking time to slow down, tune in and notice our body and our breath…bring on day two!
