✨ SUJOK FOR CRAMPS ✨
Leg cramps can strike at the most inconvenient times—during yoga, exercise, sleep, or simply going about your day. Instead of working directly on the painful area, Sujok offers a simple way to access the body’s healing system through the hands.
🖐️ Using the middle finger as a correspondence point for the leg:
• Upper part of the finger = thigh
• Middle part = calf/shin
• Lower part = foot
Gently massage the area that relates to where you’re experiencing the cramp. You may notice a tender spot—that’s often where the energy has become stagnant. Using a twisting massage technique while breathing deeply can help release the blockage and ease the discomfort.
Your hands hold an incredible map of the body. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, massage therapist, chiropractor, physio, or simply someone who experiences cramps, this is a powerful technique to have in your toolkit.
Happy Sujoking! 🌿
