☀️ Think sunscreen is only for summer? Think again.

Even when the days are cooler, UV radiation is still around — and in New Zealand, our UV levels can be surprisingly high.

🌤️ Cloudy day? UV can still reach your skin.
❄️ Cooler weather? Your skin still needs protection.
🌿 Spending time outdoors? Don’t forget your sunscreen.

The easist way to know if you need sun protection is to check the UV index. If the index is 3 or above, you should have sun protection to protect you from skin cancer.

So as we head into spring, make sunscreen part of your everyday routine — not just your summer routine. 🧴
