At Komyo ReikiDo Nelson, we love spending time in nature, and this time, we chose Abel Tasman National Park.

There is always a track to walk, a beach to sit on, or a quiet forest path inviting reflection.

Nature is one of our greatest teachers, reminding us of simplicity, presence, and the flow of life energy all around us.

veshanti_flows will gently guide you through a Yin Yoga sequence designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and soften into stillness. These extended postures invite spaciousness in both body and mind, creating room to release, reset, and settle deeply.

As you rest in each shape, Reiki is gently offered by teachers Facundo & Ana through supportive hands-on contact, helping to release stored tension and restore the natural flow of energy.

After more than three wonderful weeks in Japan, we're back in Nelson, New Zealand. 🇳🇿

It was an incredible journey, and we're deeply grateful for the opportunity to attend a Shinpiden (Teacher Level) Seminar & Retreat in Kyoto with our Reiki teacher, Inamoto Hyakuten Sensei. 🙏
We'll keep sharing photos and special moments from Japan over the coming weeks. 🇯🇵
