We enjoy exploring the walks of the Top of the South Island, New Zealand.

From coastal tracks and native forests to open hills and quiet places to be present, every walk offers a chance to connect with nature.

Some places become especially meaningful, like Cable Bay, where we enjoy watching the sunset and practising Reiki meditation.

Reiki offers a gentle space to restore balance, nurture wellbeing, and reconnect with yourself.

Slow down and soften into long-held, supported postures while receiving Reiki to restore the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Elena Hill will gently guide you through a Yin Yoga sequence designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and soften into stillness. These extended postures invite spaciousness in both body and mind, creating room to release, reset, and settle deeply.

As you rest in each shape, Reiki is gently offered by teachers Ana & Facundo through supportive hands-on contact, helping to release stored tension and restore the natural flow of energy.

This is an invitation to pause, receive, and return to yourself.

We’re grateful to have spent the last weekend of August in Golden Bay, sharing Reiki in Takaka and connecting with such a wonderful community.
