I’ll be in the Care Cafe tomorrow (Tuesday) between 2-5pm doing some energy work. I currently have 2 slots at 2pm and 4pm available. Sessions are koha-based. Will be at the Care Cafe in the Kings Building (36 Devon St W) Monday, December 4th from 10am-1pm and offering a choice of energetic bodywork: Chakra Restructure (clearing and repairing emotional centers) or a Spinal Clearing (aligning and repairing the Will centers). Both techniques involve touching of the feet, ankles, knees, hips and mid-line of the body. If you find yourself fatigued, experiencing malaise, in need of clarity, and/or simply haven't experienced an energetic modality then you may find this beneficial. Thursday-Saturday 9am-6pm for Counselling Services. Counselling Services can be accessed through EAP.

Sunday 9am-3pm will be time allotted for hands-on healing practice.
