I had never heard about grounding sheets etc so was a bit sceptical but had been feeling so unwell I decided to give them a try. I love my sheets, from the first night I slept 10 hours straight, I truly could not believe I had slept that long. I now sleep well every night and wake feeling rested, My body pains have also improved and my head feels clearer. I also sleep with two dogs and a cat, if they could talk they would also be singing your praises. Thank you so much

I’ve found them to be warm and lovely to wear. But too hot to wear in our summer time in the Uk, unless it turns cooler, to wear in bed. But around the home lovely.

I’m considering buying another pair. My ankles hurt normally when I get up from sitting a short while in a chair. Whilst wearing these socks they don’t. Hence the reason I’m considering the second pair.

I’m unsure how to wash the socks so would love to know how to keep them nice and fresh.

After a month with the grounding mat on my bed I couldn't work out if I was feeling/noticing any difference - so I took it off. Well I sure noticed the difference that night. From sleeping soundly and waking up ((before my alarm) refreshed with energy to tossing and turning and waking up from my alarm and feeling quite sluggish. Needles to say the grounding mat went back on my bed the following night. A good exercise to try. Obviously it was working just a subtle difference I didn't notice until the mat was taken away.
