🌿 Kia ora! I thought it was about time I introduced myself properly 😊
I’m Jessica and I’ve recently moved my holistic coaching business into a beautiful new space, sharing an office building with Coastal Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, just across from the Z Petrol Station in Inglewood.

I’m a certified Life & Relationship Coach and Somatic Energy Therapist, with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and 15+ years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups.

For couples who are struggling to communicate or connect and want more peace, passion, playfulness and connection in their relationship.

🌿 Somatic Energy Therapy
A body-based approach that works with the body, mind, heart and soul. If you've ever felt like you understand something intellectually but still feel stuck, this modality invites you into a compassionate conversation with your body, listening to what lies beneath the surface and creating space for deeper transformation.

✨ Individual Coaching
For when you're feeling stuck, navigating change, wanting more clarity, confidence, joy or simply sensing that there's more available to you.

Join my husband Travis Strickland, a social worker, and me for weekly guided meditations to help you slow down, tune in and discover fresh insights about yourself, your relationships and the patterns shaping your life. With joy and grief we officially close our doors to CCNZ today after years of creativity. No worries though, we are still here for you! 🥰

Whew… it’s been a glorious many years with you, as we’ve co-journeyed in true Creative Connections NZ style. Hasn’t it been fun! ✨🎨💫

Due to changes in circumstances, our CCNZ partnership has come to an end. Today we had a beautiful ceremony to honour the many gathers and ways CCNZ created transformative ripples in our community.🌿

We look back on this beautiful chapter with open hearts, joy, creativity, connection and deep gratitude. 💕 Our hearts are full of memories from all the beautiful events, markets, retreats, circles and incredible playshops we’ve had the privilege of co-creating with you over the years. 🌸

It has been such a special part of our lives, filled with laughter, learning, magic and meaningful community, memories that we will continue to carry with us. 🥰✨

🌷 What’s next for us…

Jessica has now moved to Stratford and is offering more relationship and somatic energy work online and from her new office in Inglewood.

Aileen has moved into town and is focused on launching her webpage soon! 🌻

Change is a natural part of life, and every ending creates space for something new. 🌱✨
