Pink Ribbon Breakfast. We all got behind this important cause.

🎀 On Thursday, all Coastal Medical clinics will be hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast to help raise awareness and support for breast cancer in New Zealand. 💗

For many within our Coastal Medical whānau, breast cancer has touched the lives of staff members, friends, and family. This makes the Pink Ribbon Breakfast especially meaningful as we come together to recognise the strength, courage, and resilience of those affected. 🌸

Breast cancer remains the most common cancer in Kiwi women, with 1 in 10 women diagnosed during their lifetime, and around 650 women in Aotearoa losing their lives to the disease every year. 💕🎗️

Together, we can help raise awareness, encourage early detection, and support the vital work of the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ. 💖☕🌷

If you’re able to contribute, we’d greatly appreciate your support. Every donation, big or small, helps make a real difference for those affected by breast cancer across Aotearoa. 💗

Today we’re celebrating our incredible Reception Teams across Coastal Medical Ltd 💙

Our receptionists are the first smile patients see when they walk through the door and the first voice they hear on the phone. They help people feel welcome, supported and cared for, often during times when they may be anxious, unwell or unsure.

They keep our practices running every single day while managing a constant stream of calls, questions, bookings and behind the scenes coordination with patience, kindness and professionalism. They truly are the eyes and ears of our clinics and an essential part of every patient journey.

To all of our amazing reception teams, thank you. Thank you for your warmth, your resilience, your compassion and the care you show to our patients and colleagues every day. We appreciate you more than words can say.
