Tonight Harmonic Breath was birthed

The beautiful Miriam Stewart and I delivered an exquisite half day retreat style circle, where we moved through a series of true life shifting experiences.

Movement .. feeling the body move to natural impulses

Cacao .. Intention, opening, activation

Breath .. so powerful! Every individual experienced huge shifts through Miriam's incredible journey through breath

Sound .. transformation in the resting, as the bodies rested after incredible breathwork sound infused new life through the bodies of all who came
