Our thought patterns shape our behavior and when we’re stuck in a negative loop nothing seems possible especially when we’re constantly telling ourselves we’re too busy leaving our fitness to hit the back burner.

As a business owner, the jobs will forever be incoming, as a mother and wife the house will always get messy again.

Every Wednesday evening at Grey Heron Studios classes are programmed for full body fitness, weaving through the magic of mobility and stability that Pilates offers + core strength and posture awareness.

✨ 5:00pm - Reformer & Mat Flow (L2)

✨ 5:45pm - Reformer & Mat Flow (L1)

✨ 6:30pm - Foundational Reformer (L1)

Level 2 (L2) is for the OG Pilates gal and fitness lovers 🔥

Level 1 (L1) is for those just starting out, you don’t need to know anything, come along modifications to exercises are always on hand here at the studio to ensure everybody moves safely and on form 🍑
