2026 UPDATES – ✨
Happy New Year all – May 2026 be a year of growth, happiness, love and all things magic. 💖
I am currently on a much-needed break (as I worked through the Christmas and New Year) I am down in Wellington catching up with my gorgeous daughter and also appreciating being forced to rest, NO lawns, NO gardening, NO fencing, NO SCREAMING JOB LIST, just REST. A very foreign concept for me, however I am trying to listen to my own teachings.
As I write this please be aware I am putting some hard and fast guidelines in place, I need to tighten up on my own boundaries and workload as it has taken a large toll on my own wellbeing, and listen to what I preach basically……😂 I can hear you all now….
To make the updates easier because there is a lot to cover I will break it all down so you can skip through to what you feel you need to know or grab a cuppa or wine and read all my ramblings😂
For new clients I will be trying to keep things updated more on social media – however I am an open book, so please just reach out if you wish to chat about whether we align in working together. 🙏💖

I AM CURRENTLY BOOKED 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE – Please be aware of this and organize yourself accordingly. Please do not tell me it is an emergency unless it truly is!!! ANIMALS will always be a priority to me, that will never change.
If I request you get back to me with an update or something else – please do, I am human and I do carry an immense workload that many do not see, I do not have the time to chase people up.
On the I am human note, sometimes I do forget things, including getting back to you with another appointment etc. I genuinely have other business to run and work in, apart from here, so if in my humanness I don’t do something, feel free to with kindness and firmness remind me – I truly don’t mind and will own my s**t as many of you know.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS –
I do my best to take emergency appointments ASAP, as this can sometimes mean and usually does, me taking these appointments when I should either be on a day off or re-schuffling something.
Again – PLEASE DO NOT SAY IT IS AN EMERGENCY UNLESS IT TRULY IS.

ANIMAL APPOINTMENTS – if possible, they are in studio, if not possible I will do my best to come to you. As we move forward this year, I am planning on taking on more equine appointments at my home in Cable Bay Block Road, if your horses can travel.
My plans moving forward are also to complete my training in E-MOTION Healing and with First Light Flower Essence of N.Z, Reiki, THETA Healing and Animal Communication offer more remote work especially for animal’s, this will be nationally and internationally.
All animal appointments please contact me to discuss your needs, I will do everything in my power to make it as easy and as stress free for your fur baby.

I am still working on an online booking system, and my website updates, please lets not talk about 2025 and the B.S I went through with some businesses to sort this out, and how long it went on for, to get nowhere. I did find an awesome local company however, I do not have $5k spare for a whole new website right now, so am still trying to sort all of this.

An appointment is generally an hour, although I am going to look at offering 90 minute appointments, usually an appointment is based around what you my client is wishing to achieve and then we use the appropriate tools to get there, so an appointment can be a mix of disciplines.
If you for example wish to look at your Soul Journey and current stumbling blocks in life that would be a full 60 – 90 minute appointment within The First Light Flower Essence of N.Z, A sore lower back will generally be just a ConTact C.A.R.E appointment, so please also feel free to let me know if you wish to work within a specific discipline.
We will tailor your appointments to suit what you wish to work through and on, depending on what we are working through also determines as to how many appointments are needed. I do not push anything on to anyone, and you will be the author of your own journey, I am here merely as a tool in your toolkit. My aim is to get you to where you wish to be as quickly as possible, at your own speed, so that means, I am not here to muck around or take your money for nothing, you however are the author - so we will progress at the speed and time frame that aligns for you. I also for those that do not know me, am not here to judge – we are all unique souls on our own journey and trust me there is nothing that surprises me or shocks me, nor is there much I can’t hold space for or support you through. Due to my own entertaining journey. Lol

Types of things we can work through –
It is actually quicker to say what I can not assist with – I cannot cure existing DIS-EASE, nor can I regenerate bone or ligaments that have deteriorated, however most other things, YES I can assist.
• concussions, felt pain anywhere in the body, unresolved injuries, addiction, weight support, mental health, emotional trauma, fears, confidence challenges, abuse trauma, post-surgery, pre-surgery, birth, pregnancy challenges, subconscious survival patterns and programmes.
My own personal journey has lead me to where I am and the tools I choose to use. I am an open book as many know and at some time will find the time to write my book….lol
If I feel another practitioner is required in your journey, I will not hesitate to be open and honest with you.

PRICE INCREASES –
I have not increased my prices for over 6 years, I have absorbed a lot of vehicle costs and more. My intention is from true heart integrity and to see my clients at their FULL POTENTIAL, that will never change. Due to horrendous rising costs, horrendous overhead’s, and outgoings, a nagging accountant and my sanity or insanity….lol I must increase my charges. That being said - I have done and still do a lot of no charge work, if you or a loved one genuinely needs my assistance – please chat with me, we will work something out. I will not see anyone suffer, especially an animal. Xo

There are some clients that choose to see me for regular maintenance appointments 4-5 weekly appointments, your charge will remain at $80

• Dog/Cat/Small animal clients $60-$80
• Equine Appointments – 60 minutes $125
• Equine Appointments – 90 minutes $166
These appointments may be, horse, horse and rider, horse and gear, horse, gear and rider, (gear may include float too or anything else that has an impact of your horse or you) we will work through what is needing to be resolved to get you both to FULL POTENTIAL.
• First Light Flower Essence Remedy $27 - $33
(Separate to consult, and dependant on the remedy)

Remote appointments are available for some services and as the year progresses and things align there will be more remote work available.

I do try to keep the costs to you as low as I can – please feel free to chat about anything if you are unsure.

HELLO HELLO - UPDATES
OK...... It has been a very long time coming,
UPDATES -
I do need to start posting more regularly which I will attempt to do - however for now...
💜 Yes I am still working full time (Human and Animal Practitioner) - my studio spaces are in Kerikeri and Coopers Beach, mobile for animals. I lost my room in Kaitaia at the start of this year and felt I needed to concentrate more on the two existing studio spaces, however that being said I have had a lot of enquirers from more remote clients - so I am looking at potentially doing one day a month in Kaitaia (a weekend day) if there is enough interest, so please feel free to comment on that.
💜 I have not had a price increase for 6 years and have covered a lot of expense increases myself, (like my vehicle running costs that were in excess of aprox. $10,000 last year) just to name one, so as of the 1st May 2025 there will be price increases, I am doing my best to keep them as fair and reasonable as I can, I will also be offering a payment option that will assist with the increase. (that is coming)
