For Wellness Wednesday on 20 May, we welcomed 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗺𝗮𝗻 to chat with us about sound medicine.

Gregg is a multi-instrumentalist Sound Healer, and has collected instruments on his travels all around the world for the past 26 years. His passions are singing along with his harmonium and sound healing with the didgeridoo and the fujara which is a rare native flute from Slovakia.

In this session, he shares how he's used sound to heal others, to process his own grief, and the remarkable effects of sound on live blood samples.
