Forget everything you thought you knew about lucerne chaff. Purvis Chopped Lucerne + Oil isn't just another chaff option. It's the MVP of equine nutrition. Here's why:
✔Targeted Protein Support: A concentrated source of highly digestible protein promotes optimal muscle development and topline health.
✔Enhanced Digestive Function: Long-cut lucerne fibres encourage natural chewing and saliva production, while added oil optimizes gut health and nutrient absorption.
✔Radiant Coat & Well-being: A balanced blend of Omega-3, 6 & 9 fatty acids contributes to a healthy coat condition and overall well-being.
✔High-Calorie, Low-Sugar Fuel: This feed provides sustained energy through a concentrated calorie source, while remaining low in non-structural carbohydrates for horses prone to digestive sensitivities.
✔Manageability & Cost-Effectiveness: Virtually dust-free with consistent quality to minimise waste and simplify feed room management, offering a cost-effective feed solution.
Ready to level up your horse's game? Purvis Chopped Lucerne + Oil could be the secret weapon you've been waiting for.

Purvis Lucerne Chaff + Oil is cut to promote chewing and saliva production. You can feed it on its own or mix with your choice of grains, super fibres or concentrates. The long cut fibres can assist in peristalsis and help minimise the risk of gastric ulcers. The best feed for your horse by far either on its own or to accompany your choice of hard feed. When lucerne is introduced into the diet correctly and fed in conjuction with a balanced diet you should have a horse that feels good and exhibits natural enthusiasm toward work. Hoof quality and coat condition can also improve.

Nutrition is the one of the most important aspects of horse ownership - muscles, tissue, cells, breed, type, performance, gestation and your horses longterm health depend on quality nutrition.

Premium Chopped Lucerne with cold pressed rapeseed. Great for horses, calves, lambs, alpacas, goats & deer. Purvis Feeds offer traditional methods in growing high quality lucerne crop while using innovative processing to ensure we capture the maximum nutritional value for your animals.
Purvis Feeds, along with some selected growers, ensure our product is consistent and the quality is never compromised.
