Update: Resolved. We have internet again!

Heads up, everyone — we’re currently experiencing an internet outage at North Otago Pharmacy, so some services may be a little slower than usual this morning.

What this means:
- Prescriptions and EFTPOS may take longer to process
- We may not be able to access some online systems right away
- Phones are down

We’re still open and here to help, and we’ll update you as soon as we’re back online. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding.

We’re Hiring: Pharmacy Technician (Part time/Full time) 💊✨

North Otago Pharmacy is looking for a reliable, friendly Pharmacy Technician to join our team!

Ideal availability: ✅ Mondays & Fridays
Bonus: Willing to cover weekends when needed (extra hours may be available)

In this role you’ll help with:
Prescription processing and dispensing support
Stock/order management and general dispensary workflow
Customer service and supporting the pharmacist/team
Keeping the dispensary organised and running smoothly
Assist customers in the shop

We’re looking for someone who is:
Accurate, efficient, and calm under pressure
Great communicator and a supportive team player
Friendly and caring
NZ Qualified Pharmacy Technician preferred (training support available for the right person)
