I am Tarsha, the heart behind Inneryouhealing, a space where transformation and healing unfold. My soul mission is to guide and support others on their journey of self-discovery and healing. I offer a range of healing modalities, with a deep focus on energy healing and clearing, to help you reconnect with your true essence. The modalities I work with include Somatic Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Chakra Clearing and Alignment, Sound Healing, and Breathwork. Each of these tools is a sacred part of the process to help you align with your highest self. However, what truly lights me up is guiding individuals to activate their own innate healing abilities. I believe we are all meant to be active participants in our own healing journey, and I am here as a guide to help facilitate this process, empowering you to return home to your heart. My own healing journey was profoundly impacted by my first 9D Breathwork experience—it was life-changing and transformational. It ignited something deep within me, and I knew I had to trust my intuition and add this powerful somatic healing modality to my offerings. To celebrate this new chapter in my life, both personally and professionally, I am offering a special Early Bird rate for my first 9D Breathwork Event, which I’ve aligned with the final full moon of the year. Starting our journey within together tomorrow night we welcome the Winter Solstice, we honour the longest night of the year—a sacred invitation to slow down, soften, and turn inward.

Nature is not rushing to bloom.
The earth is resting.
The seeds are hidden beneath the soil.
And yet, beneath the surface, profound transformation is taking place.

This season reminds us that we too are allowed to pause.

To give ourselves permission to go within.

To sit with the parts of ourselves that are still waiting in the darkness to be seen, heard, felt, and acknowledged.

The emotions we have buried.
The stories we have outgrown.
The dreams we have forgotten.
The wisdom that has been quietly waiting for us to listen.
