🌕Todays Full Moon feels the perfect time to celebrate last weeks epic experience with Olga Newman | Facial Longevity + Jaw Release & Rachel Hyatt | Advanced FaceUp Sculptor | Massage Therapist Rachel. ✨
✨Last weekend I joined a beautiful cohort of women to embark on this transformational training where we learned so much more than just how to gently sculpt women’s faces.
💚This modality is so much more than just touching skin. In a world where the female form is under persistent scrutiny not just from our environment but from ourselves, to receive a FaceUp treatment is to receive pure unconditional love and acceptance. It’s to have your face held, soothed and rejuvenated with intentional care.
💚Our cohort was comprised of woman of varied stages in life, varied professional backgrounds, some returning to bodywork, some diving in fresh and some enhancing existing practices. We were all however coming from the same intention to hold each other with care and to honour ourselves.
💚Personally for me this was a journey lead by an intuitive prompt to go for it! To dive in, despite my anxiety and perfectionist tendencies. I gave myself permission to be completely terrible! Yes that’s right I allowed myself to be emotional, to wobble to shake and to embody every rawness that came through driven by an inner knowing that this magic will be potent for the women who will find themselves under my care in the months and years to come. I was reminded of how much I enjoy hands on modalities and how excited I am to witness my evolution with it.
💚In these quiet weeks ahead I am landing and practicing my new skills, embodying and allowing it all to land gently.

💚My gratitude to all the beautiful woman who were immersed in the training with me and of course to Olga herself for creating such a beautiful system for woman and for giving us her presence in her last NZ training. 🙏🏻 We were also blessed with Rachel’s guidance and care as she steps into the role of facilitator in future NZ trainings.
