I hope this new day finds you well, and / or doing your best to connect with your calm breath and inner peace 🥰

On this day of the Full Moon and Eclipse i am not focused on letting go or releasing or new beginnings.
I am allowing the days to unfold with my intentions of being kind and gentle with my self, taking notice of how i feel and meeting each moment and action with awareness not pressure 🫶

Life is a beautiful and crazy ride! With all the khaos outside of us and sometimes within us, with people and places often experiencing challenge - with awareness and self care we can help ourselves navigate it all, connect and feel our inner peace🥰

yesterdays nature walk 😊soaking up the sun, feeling the breeze, watching and connecting with the birds and the water 😍

noticing all the new leaves and flower buds appearing on the trees that have stood bare for the winter 🌿

enjoying a moment to touch the trees, feel their gentle power and breathe deeply alongside them 🙌

open paths with people and dogs, and hidden paths and gateways you will only find if you are connecting with presence to the space where you be 🫶

When we slow down and give notice to our surroundings outside of us it is also an opening for us to give notice to what is happening within us 🥰

Hooray these have arrived today🥰
I havnt had any business cards on hand for most of this year, and each time ive sat down to design the next lot i just cant get to the finish line ❣️
But this week something in me clicked and i jumped online, designed and ordered them ☺️
I am an in person gal and love having my cards to give, it is another layer of connection and rememberance, even if the person never calls after, it is another extension of my light reaching out to where ever it may be needed in such a simple way🥰
So im excited to be giving these to dear new connections 🙌

August isn’t simply another eclipse season — it marks the beginning of a new chapter.

The historic configuration among the outer planets continues to shape the backdrop of our lives, but this month the faster-moving planets activate that larger pattern in profound ways. Chiron stations retrograde, Venus returns to the sign she rules, Mercury changes signs twice & two eclipses arrive two weeks apart.

A Total Solar Eclipse in Leo opens the month to fresh beginnings, while a Lunar Eclipse in Pisces closes August with a period of reflection, release & completion. Between them, we’re invited to notice what is emerging, what is ending & what is asking for our wholehearted attention.

August 11 • Mars enters Cancer

August 12 • New Moon in Leo • Total Solar Eclipse
One of the month’s most significant events. Solar eclipses mark powerful new beginnings, and this Leo eclipse encourages fresh chapters involving creativity, leadership, courage, authenticity, and the expression of your unique gifts.

August 15 • Mercury conjunct Jupiter
Perspective expands. Optimism, learning, teaching, writing, conversations, and big-picture thinking receive a welcome boost.

August 23 • Sun enters Virgo
Virgo Season begins, shifting our attention toward health, organization, service, craftsmanship, and the meaningful improvements made one step at a time.

August 25 • Mercury enters Virgo
Mercury enters the sign it rules, supporting clear thinking, practical planning, careful analysis, and thoughtful communication.

August 27 • Mercury–Sun Cazimi
A moment of exceptional clarity. Fresh insights, important realizations, and renewed mental focus emerge as Mercury is purified in the heart of the Sun.

August 28 • Full Moon in Pisces • Lunar Eclipse
The month concludes with a deeply emotional Lunar Eclipse. Where the Solar Eclipse opened a new chapter, this eclipse illuminates what has reached completion, inviting release, healing, forgiveness, and trust in the unfolding process.

Last weekend i joined Jane for her Soul Reflections weekend retreat in Long Bay and it was wonderful 🙂

I created a beautiful Sacred Spiral for us to start the weekend with clearing what was no longer needed, release and open to the weekends magic and intentions for our Soul Reflections unfolding 🙂

I drummed and sounded as people walked mindfully along the path of ferns, flowers and candles 🙂

The weekend was full of special moments, soul connection, transformation, wisdom, curiousity, self observation and reflection, energy healing, divine information, interesting points of view, rainbows, friendship, sun and rain and more 🙂

Namesh was present creating stunning Soul Reflection paintings for everyone, that were perfectly capturing a Soul essence and portraying it in magnificent colour 🙂

Overall a fabulous couple of days, thank you Jane, sharing your mastery, wisdom, knowledge, awareness and for holding this space for us all to explore and remember ours and our selves 🙂

I look forward to future retreats and Sacred Spiral walks 🙂

Hello friends :) gosh it has been a few weeks since i have shared a message with you all :) I hope you are navigating life in your highest light ways as best you can :) and being gentle and kind with your self :)
