DAILY ANGEL MESSAGE!
Take a deep breath, let it out slowly, say this prayer and then keep reading: "Thank you, angels, for revealing to me what I need to know".

YOUR MESSAGE
The Hawk calls you to rise above and shift your view. There’s more to your situation than meets the eye, and by seeing from a higher perspective you’ll find the clarity and direction you need.

In many Celtic traditions, the hawk and the eagle were seen as messengers between the earthly realm and the divine. These birds soar at heights no human can reach, carrying the medicine of vision, foresight, and wisdom. To walk with the Hawk is to walk with clear eyes and a strong sense of purpose.

When the Hawk appears, it’s a sign that you may be too entangled in the details of your life. From the ground, the path ahead can look confusing or blocked, but from the air, a new pattern emerges. This card asks you to rise above drama, distractions, and limiting beliefs, and look at the greater picture of your soul’s journey.

It also reminds you that you’re being guided. Just as the hawk rides the currents of the wind, so you’re being carried by a higher intelligence. By broadening your perspective, you’ll not only find solutions, you’ll also reconnect with the deeper meaning of where you’re headed.

Step outside and lift your gaze to the sky. Take three slow breaths, imagining your awareness rising higher and higher.

September and Spring have arrived in New Zealand and I am so happy for the warmer days and nights, and the increase in light.

The last month of August was deep with transformation and powerful planetary alignments, supporting us opening to our true selves and highest potential for our now and futures.

There has been a consistant release and let go of action and feelings this whole 2026 year of the Fire Horse, our One year, offering us new beginnings at every turn. Yet new beginnings rarely come easily or without reflection and release of the old, which can be challenging. And my life has been no exception, I have been in the eye of the storm with life changing experience, full range of emotions and consciously allowing surrender to it all.

I am gratful for my healing and spiritual practices for they support my observation, crumbling and rebuilding, coping and growing in all the epic adventure this life brings.
I hope you have been able to lean on your skills of self care and surrender to the epic moments, and see and feel the light within and all around you, even if it is only peaking through the shadow that is moving past you.

Remember all we experience is in motion and effectively temporary and gives us opportunity to evolve.

September feels like it is coming in different, lighter with more clarity ... :)
More light, more unveiling, so an even greater awareness is needed of how we feel and where our behaviours and actions are.

I am here in service to share and support when you need it. Below are some of the offerings I have coming up and there will be more to create as the all round energies weight lifts and my purpose shines even brighter.

I look forward to you joining me on some of these journeys I offer for expanding our awareness with intention for our highest good and inner peace on this earthly journey.

Sending you all love and blessings for each new day, Ceane x

Hi friends ☀️
I hope this new day finds you well, and / or doing your best to connect with your calm breath and inner peace 🥰

On this day of the Full Moon and Eclipse i am not focused on letting go or releasing or new beginnings.
I am allowing the days to unfold with my intentions of being kind and gentle with my self, taking notice of how i feel and meeting each moment and action with awareness not pressure 🫶

Life is a beautiful and crazy ride! With all the khaos outside of us and sometimes within us, with people and places often experiencing challenge - with awareness and self care we can help ourselves navigate it all, connect and feel our inner peace🥰

Sending love to all those that are feeling their suffering, and to those moving through it to feel joy , Ceane x

I have a few offerings available along with my usual transformational Healing sessions and lovely connection Women's Circles .. some details here for your information and if they align please join in 🙌

🌻In collaboration with Go With Grace ( www.gowithgrace.nz ) and Dying Matters Week, on Thursday 10th September 2-4pm I will be holding an online talk on the usually avoided topic of death and dying, A conscious preparation for our soul. An awareness of our life circle and how we can work towards inner peace. This is a self reflective non secular, spiritual talk / conversation, held with care, respect and support. Come with an open mind and kindness.

yesterdays nature walk 😊soaking up the sun, feeling the breeze, watching and connecting with the birds and the water 😍

noticing all the new leaves and flower buds appearing on the trees that have stood bare for the winter 🌿

enjoying a moment to touch the trees, feel their gentle power and breathe deeply alongside them 🙌

open paths with people and dogs, and hidden paths and gateways you will only find if you are connecting with presence to the space where you be 🫶

When we slow down and give notice to our surroundings outside of us it is also an opening for us to give notice to what is happening within us 🥰

wishing you all a magical nature filled day, with love and blessings Ceane x

Hooray these have arrived today🥰
I havnt had any business cards on hand for most of this year, and each time ive sat down to design the next lot i just cant get to the finish line ❣️
But this week something in me clicked and i jumped online, designed and ordered them ☺️
I am an in person gal and love having my cards to give, it is another layer of connection and rememberance, even if the person never calls after, it is another extension of my light reaching out to where ever it may be needed in such a simple way🥰
So im excited to be giving these to dear new connections 🙌
wishing you all a wonderful day, Ceane x
