Our Kaumātua Support and Housing Navigation services in Ōtaki are coming to a end on the 30th June.
While this kaupapa is ending, the relationships, manaakitanga, and aroha shared with our kaumātua and whānau will always remain at the heart of what we do.

We are grateful for the trust placed in us and for the opportunity to walk alongside and manaaki our community.
We will continue to connect you in any way we can with the support you need & we are still very much here to service our community with the many other services we provide.

Ka huri te aroha. Our clinical team will be offsite tomorrow (5th) morning until 10:00 AM to attend a Tangi and pay our respects.

During this time, our doors will be closed and phone lines limited. We deeply appreciate your aroha, understanding, and patience as we support our whānau and community.

Today we’re sending a massive mihi to our incredible doctors who work tirelessly to keep our whānau and hapori healthy, safe, and supported. Your dedication to our community means the world to us. Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou katoa! 🫶🏽

And because life in the clinic gets beautifully chaotic, we accidentally missed International Nurses Day last week! 🫣 So we are doubling down on the love today - a huge, overdue shoutout to our amazing nursing team. You are the absolute backbone of everything we do, and we’d be lost without you.
