Māwe is still in abundance. Reposting this to continue the focus on this little rongoā. Māwe can be found around old sheds, in old cultivated gardens, usually along hedge-lines. She's growing next to pūhā at my whare in dry areas xx

Here she is xx You might be seeing her around lately, growing up through the undergrowth. A stand of fairy lights glimmering in the garden. It's a perfect time to connect with māwe especially as we come out of the winter months. She moves water and stagnation, cleansing and clearing to prepare us for spring.

Are you finding yourself deep cleaning your whare lately? Our whare symbolises our tinana. What goes on in the whare occurs in our tinana and vice versa. Some of us are being universally encouraged to resolve and/or transition our inner dialogue with ourselves and others to maintain a calm whare.

When in doubt, the plants will guide us xx
