Let’s get it straight….. i was in an open relationship for 7 years 🙃🫣

So being celibate was a healthy choice for my recovery.

It was a healthy way i rebuilt my energy, and reclaimed my body as my own.

During that time, I also was a mother. My body was being shared in more ways than one.

Connecting with my breath connected me back into my body, my sanity, my spirit, my self.

It helped me move away from the temptation of the comfortable and moved me into a space of self care, understanding where my energy ended and the rest of the world begun.

A time of celebration and happiness, all for myself.

After years of giving myself to everyone else.

The choice to sit with self and te hā was a life changing one.
