Thank you to ALL of our amazing guides that turn up on Tuesdays, Saturdays and at events to guide our athletes. This Tuesday was no exception, each guide helping make it happen for an athlete or two along the palmy bridle track as we train for Taupo.
Special thanks to those in our chapter who go the extra mile behind the scenes (like Deb and Lewis) - doing the unseen things like charging lights, funding reports & following up on admin so things run smoothly.

Celebrating 50 parkruns for Jono today!
A great turn out to Palmerston North parkrun this morning. After the rain last night it cleared in time for a dry run/walk/wheel and we went to the Manawatu Golf Club for morning tea after.
