Very excited to share some wonderful news with all of my followers. For those who don't already know, Josh and I will be welcoming a wee miracle into the world next year!!! ✨️

As much as I have wanted to be very active on this page since relaunching my coaching services my energy has been prioritized elsewhere BUT now that I am starting to feel a glimmer of energy I am opening up a small handful of spaces withing my schedule for online coaching!!!!

✔️ are fully drug free and conduct rigorous testing at all shows
✔️offer first timers in all divisions, which is such an awesome opportunity for those of you looking to compete for the first time ever!
✔️locally owned and operated ICN NZ has such an incredible family feel and still gives all the benefits and opportunities to compete internationally

STOP THE PRESS!!!!!
Guess who's back?! Over the past 2 years I've taken a complete break from all Nutrition and Fitness coaching and now...it's time.
Over the past 2+ years I've been getting more involved in the Bodybuilding side of the Health and fitness industry with posing clients and running workshops.
It is through this and my own journey restoring my hormonal wellbeing that I can now feel I am ready to open up my time to online coaching. I am very limited with the number of clients I am able to work with, but would LOVE to help everyone.
No matter what your age, background, or goal is....if you're ready to start the next chapter of your book then I'm ready to help you write it.
I am a University Qualified Nutritionist with over 10 years working in both Fitness and Nutrition coaching. I still have so much to give and am so SO excited to help so many more people.

The posing classes I'm running from next Sunday are open to ALL FEDERATION ATHLETES!!! Before I got into sports and fitness model with the ICN I've competed in figure and shape with both NABBA and the INBA.
Just because these classes are to promote the ICN we want to help EVERYONE ❤
Sunday posing every 2 weeks from July 11th 2-3pm at Dean McKerras School of dance, Featherston St , palmerston North $10 per person.....make sure you bring your heels and all the sass you can find.
