I did the Wellington Half Marathon this morning. Was fabulous but its back to the self-care this afternoon.

My deep diaphragmatic breathing..4/2/6. I also did this on my run ✅️
Hydration, hydration, hydration here i come.

The dreaded roller is out but yet to be used...let you know how that one goes.
