With Spring on it's way, we have reached our final post for our winter series on keeping warm, dry and active.

🧤IMAK Compression Arthritis Gloves✋🏾

IMAK Compression Arthritis gloves are designed to help relieve aches, pains, and stiffness associated with arthritis of the hands. They are the only gloves on the market to have earned the Arthritis Foundation’s Ease of Use commendation.

🏃🏾Pedal Exercisers🦿

Stuck inside due to bad weather? Here's a handy piece of equipment to enhance your circulation and to strengthen your legs, arms and hands.

Exercise comfortably, sitting on your regular chair or couch with this easy-to-use exerciser. They can be placed under a table or desk when exercising the legs or on top of a table for arm exercises.

They come equipped with a pedometer to track your distance and an adjustable resistance dial for gentle or stronger workouts.
The fold down function makes it super easy to store when not in use.

🛏️ Waterproof Bed Pads 😴

Peace of mind:

Keep your bed dry with our range of waterproof bed pads. These pads (also known as Kylies) are super absorbent and can hold up to 2 litres.

Easy change:

The Brolly Sheet range has a soft cotton top which allows them to be placed over bed sheets, so no need to strip all the bedding in the middle of the night.

Easy care:

Today, we’re tackling one of the biggest hurdles of the season: keeping clothes clean and dry when washing and drying laundry feels almost impossible in this damp, freezing weather! 🌧️

🍕Bibs and Bandanas 🍨

Bibs and bandanas can be very helpful to keep clothes clean and dry at mealtimes. The Brolly Sheet range that we stock have soft waterproof backings with a variety of colours and fabrics for the top layers.
Better yet for the winter, they can all be machine washed on a gentle cycle and tumbled dry on a low heat.

🧥Dressing Stick👖

Bulky winter layers like heavy coats and trousers can make getting dressed a painful chore if you have limited reach, arthritis, or mobility challenges.

A dressing stick makes it easier to get dressed by helping you to push and pull clothing on and off. It helps you manage winter wear without bending, twisting, or straining. Dressing sticks are particularly popular with those who have limited mobility, or the use of only one hand.

Dressing sticks have a large C hook at one end and a specially designed push/pull hook at the other.

Today we continue with another super useful dressing aid to help you keep warm, dry and active this winter.

🧥Button Hook and Zipper Pull 👖

This easy to use device makes getting dressed easier by securing buttons and fastening zips. It is ideal for people who have limited mobility or the use of only one hand.

Using the Button Hook
• Insert the wire loop: Push the wire loop through the buttonhole from the outside to the inside.
• Catch the button: Place the wire loop over the button so it surrounds it.
• Pull through: Twist or slide the button through the narrow part of the loop, then pull the tool and the button back through the hole

Using the Zipper Pull
• Hook the zipper: Insert the metal hook on the opposite end through the small hole or ring on the zipper tab.
• Pull to zip: Hold the hook securely and pull the zipper up or down smoothly.

When you live with limited mobility, poor circulation, or conditions like arthritis, the cold can really settle into your joints. But piling on heavy, bulky layers can make moving around feel like an uphill battle. The secret to staying warm without the weight?
