I once suffered serious health conditions (so many I won't name them all) these left me continually in pain and house bound, often bedridden, it was even a big risk to answer my front door - if someone had freshly washed their hair or had perfume or after shave on, I went on a nightmare roller coaster for days. I would become light sensitive & suicidally depressed, it was a living hell. I woke each day having no energy to do anything, exhausted at the start of my day - even to drive to town the 7 ks, was impossible much of the time. I had plenty of medical diagnosis (the 'what' but not the 'why') but no offer of possible solutions. So life took me on a very different journey than what I had planned! A journey that has taught me what is possible in life. A journey that wasn't easy however it taught me so much & crafted me into who I am today. Today I am vibrantly healthy & energetic & live an amazing lifestyle. There is nothing that compares to learning the hard way, through living the pain & suffering of it all. I have discovered so much & I can coach others on powerful & cost effective shortcuts to having a vibrant active life. There is so much conflicting info out there & you most likely don't know what to follow. you will be pulled in all directions, like I had been over the years. Its easy to be confused and so much info sounds great but can be very cleverly manipulated & can cost you time & your valuable health.
